Image not uploading

Definitely not a WP core issue. Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

-try different image formats

– If these steps don’t help, try asking your webhost about this.

I tried all of the above and to no avail. Could this be a MAc specific issue?

Not unless it’s specific to your Mac. Have you tried using another computer?
