Help with exceptions

I would love to Load Javascript asynchronously with the exception of loading a plugin in render-blocking way:

“https://ilovefreeconcerts.com/wp-content/plugins/new-royalslider/lib/royalslider/jquery.royalslider.min.js?ver=3.1.4”

What is the proper way to write this rule into the exceptions field ?
