Changing font and its color h2

Hello,

I am trying to change the color of the h2 font, specifically on the front page where the feature items are listed. I would like to change the green color to more of a lime green.

could someone share where the controls are for this. I have tried changing it in the custom css editor, but the changes don’t seem to take.
