Plugin Not Working On Ultimatum Theme

Can’t get Hammy to work. I’m not sure where the problem is but regardless of the breakpoints (including the ones that come by default) my images do not resize.

I assume the problem is my content container, but I’ve tried every class and ID possible to no avail.
