WPEC Updated, images lost

    Hey everyone,

    I work for a small business, which sells garden supplies, and uses WPEC, and has over 1900 products listed, each with an image. Just recently, I upgraded the program wordpress to 3.7.1, and WPEC to 3.8.12.

    As a result of this upgrade, we have lost all our product images, all 1,900 of them! Also, the sidebar links do not link to the products, and return a no products found message. I have contacted the server, but they do not have backups for before we did the upgrade.

    Can someone please help! Is it possible to revert the upgrade, or are the images hidden somewhere. Because we have 1,900 images, re-uploading them would be a painful job, and we only have probably 1,000 on file.
