Now I’m not 100% clear what you’re asking… but I think you are asking about levels of sub-category in the menu? If so, in this version of WP Catalogue it does not automatically style the different levels on the menu. You can add styles for it manually in your theme css if you want to. Or alternatively you might like to get Pro version which is due out in a little while which has full support for subcategories.

Its more the products being displayed under the category menu’s not alongside
and the categories all being listed rather than expansive once selected, ie i choose xbox 360 or one then the options drop down after that.

Oh right. That’s just a layout issue, because your col-2 is not large enough to take the size and number of thumbnails you have told it to. This is asked a lot and answered in the FAQs and several other threads. Please run a search.
