IE on localhost problem

I am developing a website on localhost. The slider works well on Firefox and Chrome, but fails on Internet Explorer. On IE, it shows the video holder as a black space, but no video. The Cyclone Slider navigation buttons show. If I select the navigation buttons below the slider holder, the video’s audio plays, but no video. I’ve tried playing with Z-index to bring the video to the front, but no luck.
