Moving mailchimp widget around on page

Hi. The site in question is https://www.centralbookingnyc.com

The widget titled “Sign Up For Our Mailing List” (a mailchimp widget) needs to be RIGHT ABOVE the text blurb that starts “Central Booking is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas…” i.e. it needs to be below the ARTIST’S BOOK GALLERY/HABERSPACE chunks.

I am helping a friend with this website, so I’m a little confused. They only have two widgets in “Sidebar 1” and the first one is “Focusing on artist’s books and prints etc.” and the second one is the mailchimp widget. The other areas in the sidebar do not appear to be widgets.

Any direction whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. I suspect I’m going to have to do something with php, which makes me a little nervous…!
