    Hi,

I tried installing EasyRotator but unfortunately I experience the following error:

Invalid rotator ID specified (path No_Rotator_Path_Specified doesn’t exist). Unable to display rotator.

The following directory has write access and I have verified that my images have been uploaded: /site/wp-content/uploads/EasyRotatorStorage/user-content/erc_24_1386370848/content/assets

Could you please suggest how I solve this problem?

Edit: I deleted the photos and reuploaded them using the manager. Seemed to do the trick as it is now working

Edit 2: It did but then it stopped.. I made a new rotator with different images but now I experience the following error: “Invalid rotator ID specified (content for path erc_10_1386373143 doesn’t exist yet). Unable to display rotator.” I have confirmed the images were uploaded to the server. Help please? ??

    Hi @loudog,

Thanks for using EasyRotator for WordPress, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing trouble. This sounds like most likely a permissions error. Check to make sure that the uploaded content folder is accessible if you attempt to load it directly in your browser (e.g. https://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/EasyRotatorStorage/user-content/erc_24_1386370848/content/content.html). If you continue to experience trouble, please open a support ticket at https://www.dwuser.com/#bottomBoxes and include temporary WordPress dashboard access credentials.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill
