Changing product order from ascending to descending?

As it is now and by default, in grid view products are listed in ascending order, so the OLDER products are shown at the top of the list and the newer products are shown below. This is on a fresh WordPress install with the ElevenTwelve theme with default settings. How can I change the order to descending (so that newly added products are displayed at the top)?
