AddThis Recommended Content Not Displaying Right

I’ve been at this for a couple of weeks now and I can’t seem to figure it out and it’s driving me crazy. I’m not using the plugin, I’m using the Smart Layers code directly from the Addthis website. The problem is that the recommended posts at the bottom of the page show a mixture of my site’s post imagery and content, and a mixture of the default Addthis images and content. Also, I just noticed that the post image and the text does not even match up to the post it links to, it’s pulling an image from a different post

I’ve tried adding in open graph tags and customizing them but I still can’t get it to display just my images and titles and link to the correct post.
