limited click funnel and then newsletter signup page?

Anyone know of a plugin that does something like this? I haven’t heard of such a plugin… From a client of mine.

“I’d like have a restriction on how many plans someone using the site can view before requiring them to create an account or sign up for our monthly newsletter with their email address. They’d be able to browse the site on all other aspects, but once they say have viewed 2 floor plans and click to view a 3rd a screen pops up that asks them to sign up.”
