Give this FAQ a good read.

I’m pretty sure the problem is in your wp-config.php but if it is your commercial theme that’s causingit you’ll need to ask the theme author for support.

    https://themeforest.net/user/aviators

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

You can test that out by trying the following:

    1. Using FTP or whatever filemanagement tools your host has provided you with navigate to the wp-content/themes directory.
    2. Once there locate and rename the realia directory to realia-OLD. Just that one directory and nothing else.
    3. Try and re-login to your WordPress dashboard. https://fancycottage.com/wp-admin/themes.php

If you can get in then it’s probably your theme that’s causing the problem.

By renaming the directory then the theme will become inactive WordPress will not find it. When you visit that URL I posted then your dashboard should report something like “Unable to locate theme, switching to Twenty Thirteen”.

If you do that and the headers already sent message goes away then the problem may be with your theme.

I was suggesting that you rename the theme because that way if you wish you can always rename it back and then re-activate that theme.

Yes – this will automatically activate the default 2013 theme.

in relia theme there is a option to list property, when i am submitting property then i am getting this error..
but if i activate another theme like a default which will not property listing option..so how i will check it that for default theme that i am getting same error message ?

This appears to be a problem in the Relia theme – and you need to ask the theme developers about it – as the are the ones who can provide support for it.
