leads data received problem

    Good morning , i have a wordpress 3.71 installed on a provider , i have install leads plugin for webmarketing and made some test by my self.
    i have created a landing page with a form with firstanme – lastname and email , all mandatary . i fill up form with all data required many times , when i receive the leads i receive a mail with the first name and last name filled but no mail address , only the name of the form that accept the data.
    if i use the wordpress dashboard i see under the leads plugin page the opposite , no first name and no last name (N/A) but the email address was filled.
    to create form i used the option under landing page – create form and i have filled up all data requested+the mapping fields.
    the plugin installation has no paid subscription , is it a problem of licensing that i get partial data ? or is another problem?

    What form tool are you using?

    Good morning , i’m using the standard forms creation provided by wordpress.
    anyway i have already solved , if you go under leads list and select logs you can map the data received to the right fields…i don’t understand why i need to do it twice , once under that and once under the form creation but it’s ok now.
