Calpress calendar doesn't load

Hello – I recently installed Calpress and set it to pull events from a couple Google calendars, but whenever i browse the Calpress calendar it just sits at a “Loading” screen. I found a reference to a support ticket on this in the forum, but the link is no longer valid: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/main-calendar-view-shows-loading?replies=5

It appears this is most likely related to a jQuery issue. What are some things i can do to troubleshoot this?
