widget is not displayed

    I have installed the plugin, done all the steps of instructions, added the agent and made it active, chosen the hours of work (Always online), configured appearance. But the chat widget does not appear on the pages of the site. forestrycloud.com

    Seems strange. If you’d like, you can invite me (dallas at excitecreative.ca) to the WP Admin area. I’m not really sure what to suggest otherwise.

    What is “excitecreative.ca”? As far as I understood it is this site ( https://re.excitecreative.ca/)?? What should I do in oder to connect you there?

    In the Users section of the WP Admin area, you can invite me using that email address.
