Shortcode not working

Hey,
For some reason the shortcodes arent working.

I’m trying to insert login options within the header of a website that i’m working on.

I’ve tried:
<?php do_action(‘oa_social_login’); ?>
<?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[oa_social_login]’ ) ?>

I’ve even tried [oa_social_login] within a post and nothing.

Please help.
