InnoDB engine – Issue?

    So YARPP is showing a message at the top saying that tables are detected as InnoDB engine. So “consider titles” and “consider bodies” have been disabled. This just leaves categories and tags as variables used for relevancy.

    To restore these features, please update your xxx_posts table by executing the following SQL directive: ALTER TABLE xxx_posts ENGINE = MyISAM;

    Is this safe to do? How will it affect our WordPress install and plugins moving forward?
