Gallery always links to attachments page

I have an issue where the gallery feature always links to the attachment page even when specified not to. I am using version 3.8 with Jetpack 2.7 with the tiled gallery option enabled.

The code that I have is :
[gallery type="rectangular" link="none" ids="17,16,15,14,13,11,9,8,6,7,5,4" orderby="rand"]

All I want is the images to show on the gallery page with no links.

Any advice?
