Duplicate title with yoast plugin

  • Hi,

    So, in order to not have duplicate titles I modified my title in header to be
    <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title>
    And at settings -> general I put my title.
    But now the Yoast plugin gives me this long title of about 140 characters using the title from settings and the title from my articles.
    What should I do?
