Error taxonomy on WP 3.8 after Update

  • very disaster maybe.
    Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 3196

    after update version of WP from 3.7 to 3.8
    how to resolve this?
    this problem appear when drag / show the categories widget on all themes and on my wp site.

    any help ?? thank you
