no images were found

I’m having the same problems. But my galleries can disappear even without upgrading…

Today I’ve tried the new code for a thumbnail gallery ([ngg_images gallery_ids=”1″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails”]) but it also showed ‘no images were found’. So I’ve tried the new shortcode for 1 image (

[ngg_images image_ids=”1″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_singlepic”]) and believe it or not, this image showed up! Now I’ve refreshed the page and ALL galleries are back again! Even the ones with the old code!

Hi! Sry i don’t report. Cause it’s every update i know that and use an older version. That works great. So iam always one in back ??
Next time i report. I have 3 side made with wp, all sides the same plugins and only at one side it does not work ?? i think that’s funny ??

But the best plug in and must have!

If all of the sites are the same theme and plugins yet one is not working, how do they differ in the server environment variables (see under Gallery > Overview)?

Today I’ve opened my site and all NextGen galleries show: no images are found.

This happens too much!

@patjem – You should start your own topic and/or submit a Bug Report as your issue is most likely not at all related to those originally reported by @mike25101.
