Do you know what shortcodes you’re using, or if you’re editing the template files, which functions you’re using to display these?

Willing to trace my way through the code to see what it may or may not be doing right.

    Thanks for he response Michael…

We have created the badges using the Credly Editor which seems to work perfectly. The featured image is updated and saved by Credly. However, on the front end, the image is coming up cropped by a PHP script. So it is not displaying the badge as it should. Seems to be cropping the image automatically. You can see an example of this at: https://playfullearningecademy.com/badges/

From the looks of it, it’s your theme that is going to be responsible for most of this. We don’t have any control over image sizing and cropping. We do provide some custom sizes for plugin use, but that wouldn’t dictate cropping at all in this case.

It appears that you’re also using a general archive.php file, which my guess has the_post_thumbnail() involved as well as CSS applied.

We hope to someday include proper achievement archive template(s) but we don’t have it at the moment. The best we have right now for achievement list display is the [badgeos_achievements] shortcode
