Sidebar Drops to bottom on Single post

I did some work in single post folder to remove default author box. (I am just learning about code so please be patient). In doing so I seemed to have moved my right side bar to the bottom of the single post screen. How do I move it back to being on the right side. An example of what I am looking at is as follows:
