Pytheas theme Customize Screen Blank

  • New WP user here, installed a custom theme (pretty sure I got it from a 3rd party website so I apologize) but every time I go to Appearance>Themes>Customize I just get a blank white screen, nothing. Tried different browsers and still blank so I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. The only plug-in I have activated right now is maintenance mode – tried deactivating it but no difference. Any help is appreciated.

    Not sure where I downloaded it though because I didn’t create an account to get this and just clicked a simple download link..

  • Do you have the same problem using twentythirteen theme? If not, that would appear to be a theme issue, and unfortunately, these forums do not support themes from other places.
