WordPress 3.8 Add Plugin Detail Popup Hidden

    After the update to 3.8 when adding new plugins and clicking on ‘details’ the popup box sits right at the bottom of the screen and you can only view the top half. It is not moveable.

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
