You’ll have to use Conditional Tags in your functions.php file

If you check the Installation tab: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/thumbs-rating/installation/

You should use something like:

function thumbs_rating_print($content)
{
    if ( is_page(123) ){
       return $content.thumbs_rating_getlink();
    }else{
        return $content;
    }
}
add_filter('the_content', 'thumbs_rating_print');
