If you want to change the language from the facebook comments box to german, open: plugins/social-comments/views/Facebook.comments.markup.php.
Change line 10 to:
js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/de_DE/all.js#xfbml=1&appId=<?php $this->appID ?>";After that u can see the box in german
