Site title and header image

Hi!

I’m bringing a wp.com for a self-hosted.

In wp.com there is an option to display the site title even with header image.

But in self-hosted seems the options are exclusive, ie, header image or site title.

Is there any option that I did not think or I have to make changes to the template?
