Getting the body response in the additional settings field

Hi,

Great plugin, I have a quick question for something I will be doing. I need to send a auto-responder based on a specific answer form one of the form fields.

For example for a rating question in the form (checkbox field) from 1 to 5, I will like to send a auto-responder to the user if the answer was a poor rating.

I was looking at your additional setting fields which could work but I will need a way to get the message results or specific form field answer in that additional settings field so I can then use that to filter.

Please let me know if that is possible and what other way would you recommend.
