You can also install the really cool plugin called “fourteen Extended” by Zulfikar Nore. one of the options in the customize window (under Featured Slider Options) is to have the slider auto-advance. Works like a charm!

fourteen extended is no longer there. Is there any other plugin that can do this auto slider edit? i am using the free version and cant access the code.
