    What is your plugin version? Please get the latest version 3.1

    that is the MAJOR problem from 3.1

    3.1 is installed on thousands websites. There are no MAJOR problems with it. It was released more then 3 weeks ago and we still don’t have any more or less serious bugs to fix.

    How exactly you can’t update settings? “Save” button is not clickable? Old data after the page refresh?

    Please check the browser console for Javascript errors. Try to set a new clean installation of the WordPress 3.8 and SNAP 3.1 and try to update settings. Will it work then?

    pay attention on ur own support forum.
    don’t tell me that :
    my pc win 7
    win 8
    mac
    android 2.3.6
    android 4.1.2
    android 4.4
    IOS 7

    all have java console error.
    because of this i need new fresh installation for my 3 year old with 120000 posting with new installation ?
    btw i have 16 plugin on the site all work, only next script fail.

    sonnycool I asked you 5 questions. You have answered exactly 0 of them. How could I help you if you are not giving me any info.

    Lets try again:

    1. How exactly you can’t update settings?
    2. Is your “Save” button is not clickable?
    3. Are you getting old data after the page refresh?
    4. Please check the browser console for Javascript errors. Are you getting any errors and what errors exactly.
    5. Try to set a new clean installation of the WordPress 3.8 and SNAP 3.1 and try to update settings. Will it work then?

    Please note, I am not asking you to start a new website and abandon your 120000 posts. I am just trying to determine what in your environment is breaking the plugin.

    Also please note that most javascript errors are browser independent, if Javascript is broken on your site you will get the problems on all browsers and all OS.

    sonnycool, we do fully support our product.

    I asked you 5 questions that you can see above. You answered exactly ZERO of them.

    Instead, you made about 20 posts in every thread on every forum about how bad our support is, but you never answered any of our questions.

    So how can we provide any kind of support to you if you are ignoring and not answering our questions?

    check vb ? (2 month no response, base on ur email next 3 day on 03/11/2013), u blame me on duplicate and answered 3 time ? but sorry i don’t see a single answer .

    The plugin author doesn’t have the ability to delete posts. Your posts (like the one above this) are again caught in the spam filter. I’ve released it and now it shows up.

    jan i means in his support forum ?? there is too many issue he ignore or response in very rude way.

    with 3.10 i can’t update setting nor change anything, when i click enable or disable the site i want to publish -> save but nothing change.

    sorry jan is not us wanna bring up the issue here, but most of us get very poor response his own support forum or zero response for premium plugin.

    asking this here for two reason :
    1. here bring us to his premium version and public forum.
    2. The issue i facing is happen on free version too.
