Bigcommerce plugin images not showing after changing them!

I am using your plugin on a customer website https://www.ashevillain.com when he changes his images on big commerce. They no longer show on his site. I have went in and rebuild the cache several times. I tried deleting the plugin and cleaning the database but still the same problem. Please help me get this resolved.
