Display address and phone number on top?

I am using this theme for a small business and would like to have the address and phone number listed on top. I don’t see an option for that. The top right currently has a place for the “tagline”- when I put the address/phone number in it, it is all on one line which is difficult to read.
Anyway I can add an address and phone number on the header for this theme?
