WP Lightbox Ultimate – will it fix this?

Hi. I’ve tried the free plugin on this site being developed, https://198.154.202.106/~two2014/.
Notice that when you shrink the browser window to tablet and/or phone sizes, the video thumbnail (custom sized via css) does not respond.
Will the responsive nature of the “for purchase” plugin force the video thumbnail to respond?
