Moving Submit comment box to top of the page

You may change the structure of comments section in comments.php file.

Copy this file to child theme and edit there.
Because if you will edit the original file than all your changes will be lost after theme update.

Thanks, I understood I should change the comments section, but since I’m not a good coder, I was looking for a suggestion by you, in order to understand which section move to have the “Comment form” on the top of the page.

It is a child theme for activetab theme with comments form above the comments.
