After WPEC upgrade emails are not being sent to customer or admin

Hi, after upgrading to WPEC 3.8.13, when a customer makes a purchase using DPS PxPay Gateway for WP-e-Commerce no emails are being sent to customer or admin after purchase. Everything was working previously with no change to Theme, plugins etc. Causing real problems as customers not sure if they have purchased or not. Can anyone help please?
