Bug with preventing add desplay

Congrats on the plugin. Is indeed the best!
However, there’s a bug in the code.
<!–noad–> should avoid ad display. However, any word containing “noad” will prevent ad display. For instance, i had the string NoAdvertising in a code snippet and that was enough to trigger it as a special page.
