WordPress Hacked[Fatal error: Function name must be a string in]

My wordpress installation has been hacked/infected with virus and all the php files have been modified.
On top of each php file a huge code has been entered into and modified. (part of is included below,
[Moderator note: We don’t need to see the hack code]
Is there a way to clean this without doing it manually? Or even by downloading them to my computer(locally?)
