I need a very BASIC looking three column theme

I am going to be creating a Website for an online only newspaper, called The Undergrounder.

I am looking for a theme. It has to be very basic looking. No graphics. Everything about the design of the page has to scream no-frills.

I’d like it to be three column, preferably with the contact column in the middle.

Any suggestions, let me know.
