Wrong Thumbnail showing up in social media

When I share my post on Facebook or reddit usually the thumbnail appears from one of the pictures in the post.
But lately this https://b.thumbs.redditmedia.com/g7vpZRbeKyqmQqvI.jpg thumbnail is shown instead.. This has been problem on social networking sites.
So I assumed there is some problem with my wordpress https://www.defenceaviation.com. Please help.
This happened recently previously it used to work properly.
