    Thanks for your feedback. This problem should be gone in version 2.0.1, which has just been released.

    It is caused by several custom post types being registered at the same menu position, such that one menu overwrites another. I am not sure if this is a bug in WordPress Core or if it is intentional.

    ok so i applied 2.01 and now it makes every side bar (menu in my case) show up on every page…

    Can you write your settings for your sidebars here?

    Note that version 2.0.1 has only fixed the admin menu, so if there is a bug, it has been there since version 2.0.
