share buttons adder plugin help

Hi wordpress experts, i’m using “Simple Share Buttons Adder” plugin on my wordpress site. The plugin works fine. But when i share my posts, the share form shows the date, author, category, comments. I dont want to show them. Where can i edit the plugin??? Thank You in Advance. my site is :www.khabarmela.com
