Lost Scroll Feature After Update

Hey, my site had a really nice scroll feature where the middle wall woould scroll vertically and the left & right side art would stay static.
Since the upgrade I have lost this feature and to avoid having empty black space on my site I have had to choose repeat for my background image.
Is there anyone here who actually works on wordpress that I can hire for piece work?
