    I had a look at your site, and the buttons seem to be displayed properly now. Have you managed to solve the issue by yourself?

    Yes, the problem ended up being with my CDN (via W3 Total Cache) – Amazon Cloudfront. Not sure why but I disabled the CDN for now and everything is working properly.
