Video Still not workin

  • I am trying to use the video still feature of this plug-in. I go into the “Create/Edit Metadata” for the video of interest. I select the image (.png) and hit the download button. But nothing happens as far as I can tell.
    I then copy the embedded code (although I don’t see any reference to the image on the code) and inserted it on my page. However, there is no still image on the player.

    Is there a specific format or size for the image still? Doest this work for anyone?

    So I thought my mistake was using the embedded code rather than the shortcode. However, I still have the problem that the video doesn’t show the video still even after uploading the image and using the short code on the page.

    Any suggestions….
