Direct Download (Force Download) in 3.8?

Hi,

I’m fairly new here, I’ve been using WordPress for about 1 month now as I have several mp3s uploaded but here what I’m trying to do, how I would go by making people that come and visit my site to download said mp3s as individual files from my server. For instance, I have a PNG image that says “Download said file here” and they click on it instead of right clicking an going to “save link as” or “save target as” they just click the image and a window pops up that lets them download the file save the file and put it onto their hard drive?
