    Can you clarify ‘doesn’t work right’?

    Try clearing the cache. Does that solve the problem? If so, let me know and I’ll put $w3_plugin_totalcache->flush_all(); in the next release whenever the front end is updated. Also, have you set the online hours? Or is it set to always on?

    I have the same problem. The live chat plugin doesn’t work right when w3 total cache is activated. I have to clear the cache every time someone start live chat and every time I get offline.
