flip pong 1.4.2 no pictures

I just upgraded my flip book and it stopped working, I moved my wordpress blog to a different server so that I could get the right php version and now am getting no pictures when I make a book. It is just greyed out and says “flipbook page”
when I look at the the code there is not “link” or “column” in there. I am supposed to look at the code in the text box for the individual flip book correct? My code looks like this…

Unless I am blind, there is not a link or column in the code. Please help, I am pulling out my hair. :0)
