    Yes you can create a process to fetch question from csv,xml and json, All the import must be store in ex_questions table, I would recommend to take a look on the table structure first. you can do this by writing custom php code and by extending plugin from it’s core.

    Import, export functionality from csv file is added, please download example of csv format before importing anything.

    Yes but after that you need to adjust css.
